Directory Listing — Terms of Service

1. Publisher Relationship

ClosedBid.com and The Miccoli Group (collectively, the "Publisher") operate this directory solely as a paid publishing service. The Publisher is not affiliated with, employed by, partnered with, or financially associated with any professional or firm listed in this directory, beyond the capacity of publisher of a paid listing. Inclusion in this directory does not constitute an endorsement, referral, recommendation, or guarantee of services, qualifications, or fitness for any purpose. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence prior to engaging any listed professional.

2. Professional Email Requirement

All applicants must provide a professional email address associated with their registered business domain (e.g., yourname@yourbusiness.com). The following email providers are expressly prohibited and will result in automatic rejection of the application:

4. Verification & Periodic Re-Verification

ClosedBid.com reserves the right to verify submitted credentials at any time and to require re-submission of credentials, no more frequently than once per calendar year. Failure to re-verify within 30 days of a written request will result in suspension of the listing without refund of any listing fees paid.

5. Accuracy of Listing Information

Listed professionals are solely responsible for the accuracy, currency, and completeness of their directory listing. Material misrepresentation — including falsified credentials, expired licenses, or misleading descriptions of services — will result in immediate removal from the directory and may be reported to applicable licensing or regulatory authorities.

6. "Verified" Designation — Scope & Limitations

The "Verified" badge displayed on approved listings indicates only that the Publisher reviewed the submitted credentials at the time of the initial application. It does not represent an ongoing endorsement, a warranty of services, or a guarantee of professional conduct at any time after initial approval. ClosedBid.com expressly disclaims all liability for disputes, losses, or damages arising from any transaction or engagement between a directory user and a listed professional.

7. Advertising Opportunities

Listed professionals may be invited, at the Publisher's discretion, to advertise in ClosedBid.com e-publications and affiliated Miccoli Group properties. Such advertising is separate from directory listing and governed by a separate written agreement. A directory listing does not confer automatic advertising placement or priority.

8. Removal & Disputes

ClosedBid.com reserves the right to remove any listing at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without cause. Listing fees are non-refundable upon removal resulting from misrepresentation or violation of these Terms. Disputes regarding removal for other reasons must be submitted in writing to directory@closedbid.com within 30 days of removal.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Miccoli Group is registered. By submitting a listing application, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
